Crit Thomas, Global Market Strategist for Touchstone Investments, will be joining ACG Detroit and RMA East Michigan to share his economic analysis and predictions for 2017.  Topics addressed will be focused on both the domestic and international economy and how Touchstone- a 70 billion asset advisory firm- is advising the positioning of its clients in a new era of geopolitical challenge and opportunity.  

Crit Thomas is Global Market Strategist for Touchstone Investments and is responsible for developing investment strategies based on market conditions and different investment goals and objectives. Crit also serves as Touchstone’s spokesperson regarding investment themes and strategies. Previously, Crit was Senior Research Analyst for Touchstone Investments. Prior to joining Touchstone, he was Senior Investment Officer at New Covenant Trust Company; Director of Research at Mead, Adam & Company; Director of Growth Equities at National City Investment Management Company; and Assistant Portfolio Manager at State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Crit earned a BS in Business Administration, Finance, from The Ohio State University. He has experience in the financial services industry since 1990, is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, a CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder and member of the CAIA Association, and holds the CIPM (Certificate in Performance Measurement) designation.
