April Breakfast Meeting - Trey Mytty, Truck Center Companies (Hybrid: In-Person & Virtual Options)

Trey Mytty is the president and CEO of Truck Center Companies, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska with 18 dealerships in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Trey began working at Truck Center Companies part-time as a high school student and returned after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a business marketing degree.  After college Trey worked his way up from salesman to general manager and vice president. In January 2008 he purchased the dealership, just as the country was headed into a recession. In spite of those challenging conditions, he has led his dealer locations to increased market share and revenue growth by always keeping the customer top of mind. 

Trey has been in the truck dealer business for 27 years, all with Freightliner. He joined the Freightliner Dealer Council in 2010 as Central Region representative and served as chairman in 2019 and 2020. In 2019 Trey was awarded Truck Dealer of the Year by ATD, a division of NADA.

Trey and his wife Jennifer have a daughter Avery, and sons Talen and Beau.  Outside the dealership, Trey serves as a board member for the Nebraska Trucking Association and the Make-A-Wish Advisory Board. Trey’s dealership is the largest outside contributor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Nebraska and is in its 27^th year of helping the foundation grant wishes.
