Bill Mills founded William Mills and Associates, Inc. late in 1993.  Bill had spent the previous four years in the management training arena and was often surprised when he saw the skills he imparted to corporate clients fall by the wayside.  It seemed few people who learned the basics of leadership, supervision or time management could sustain their learning in day-to-day life.  These organizations were basically good organizations, who wanted to see their people and profits thrive, but the context within these companies made it impossible for their employees to excel beyond a certain level.  By focusing on the gap between a person’s natural motivation and the needs of the organization, Bill began to help companies achieve real progress and growth.  Since then, Bill has built a successful business and satisfied client base around the concepts of high-performance environments, effective relationships and high expectations.  Together they establish a context for dramatic success.
