As the CEO & President of Perforce Software, Mark is responsible for leading the company and executing its mission to serve their customers. Mark brings three decades of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions, having served the last twenty years as CFO and COO for public and private equity-backed technology companies. Before becoming CEO, Mark served Perforce as COO/CFO, and helped drive four acquisitions and one sale of the company, while nearly doubling revenue. Prior to joining Perforce, he was COO/CFO of private equity-backed HelpSystems, Inc., and CFO at publicly held Xata/XRS Corporation.
