Kyle is a partner with a top 25 accounting firm, Eide Bailly. He specializes in transaction advisory with an emphasis on buy-side due diligence and sell side quality of earnings. He has 15 years of experience in public accounting with more than a decade of advising private equity, investment banks and strategic investors on mergers and acquisitions. Kyle spent three years in Germany working on cross boarder deals before returning to the United States and formalizing due diligences services for Eide Bailly. Typical deals Kyle advises on range in enterprise value of $10M to $250M. Kyle spends most of his time in manufacturing and distribution, business services, consumer products, construction, and healthcare. In addition to buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings, Kyle advises throughout the transaction including net working capital and on the purchase agreement negotiations. Kyle’s goal is to ensure his clients get a well thought out transaction.

Ryan Gerads is a seasoned transactional attorney having extensive experience representing business owners, private companies, private investment and private equity firms in acquisitions and divestitures in a multitude of industries, including, manufacturing, medical device, food and agribusiness, software, distribution and professional services. Ryan’s mergers and acquisitions experience includes acting as lead outside attorney on buy and sell side transactions ranging from $1 million to $200 million and beyond. Ryan works closely with clients to develop budgets, managing a team of attorneys, investment bankers and clients to coordinate due diligence, negotiate definitive agreements, and successfully close matters. At Lathrop GPM Ryan serves in a number of leadership roles including, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, leads the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Team and is the Partner in Charge the St. Cloud office.

Tamara joined USI as a Property & Casualty risk management consultant in 2017. She has 20 years of insurance industry experience. Tamara is responsible for the largest private equity practice within USI and leads efforts in creating and managing the strategy for placement, service and diligence for her Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. Her clients have served various industries such as technology, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and financial institutions, among others.

Chris Martin is a Director in the State and Local Tax (SALT) practice within Eide Bailly’s National Tax Office.  He sits in the Minneapolis office and has nearly 20 years of experience providing multi-state tax services to public C-corps. and privately held pass-through entities.  He assists clients with compliance, refund opportunities, M&A diligence, audits and appeals, and tax planning.  Chris leads M&A tax diligence teams in evaluating risk and opportunities for buyers and sellers. He works across industries, including manufacturing, services, and technology.  Prior to Eide Bailly, Chris worked in Big Four. He is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar as a licensed attorney.

Adam Webb
Managing Partner - Quazar
Adam has over a decade of experience with Quazar in representing privately-held businesses in the lower middle-market and guiding them through the sale/acquisition process. Adam’s primary focus is leading the sale/acquisition process with clients, and he also focuses extensively on managing prospect relationships and general business development. Prior to joining Quazar, Adam was part of the Risk Management Consulting Group of RSM in Minneapolis. Before his time at RSM, Adam was an Internal Auditor at Cedar Fair, L.P. Adam graduated summa cum laude from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree, majoring in Finance.
