In addition, Mr. Slavens represents both insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance policies.

Juan Pablo Poch is a Vice President and member of J.P. Juan Pablo is part of the Private Business Advisory team, where he works developing content and strategies for business owners on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, pre-transaction planning and maintaining a legacy business over multiple generations.


Throughout his career, Juan Pablo has built a reputation for keeping his fingers on the pulse of the economic landscape. He began as an Investment Banking Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Advisory Group in New York for five years, centered on clients in the technology, fintech, financial services and infrastructure sectors. More recently, he was part of the Onyx Strategy Team, an internal startup charged with developing wholesale payment solutions through blockchain-enabled rails. Juan Pablo was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, and graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs. He has been involved in GWU’s Real Estate and Finance Alliance, a platform that advocates for students to make it to Wall Street.

Andres is a Director at Amzak Capital Management, overseeing credits primarily focused on industrials, business services, and automotive sectors. With over 14 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, he held sourcing and execution roles at MKH Capital Partners, Amzak's Private Equity team, and William Blair. In addition to his fixed income responsibilities, Andres actively evaluates co-investment and private equity opportunities for Amzak. He serves on the board of AOC Metalworks and previously served on the board of Clean Streak Ventures. He holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University.

Throughout Joe’s career, he has focused on corporate finance, investment analysis, mergers & acquisitions and financial sponsor advisory.

Prior to AEC Advisors, Joe worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, an investment associate at a family office, and a Capital Markets Analyst at CIT Group.

Joe graduated from Columbia University (MS in Operations Research) and Case Western University (BSE in Mechanical Engineering and BA in Philosophy). He was also the varsity captain of the Case Western tennis team.

Joe holds FINRA Series 24, 63, 79, and 99 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA.

Richard Leggio is Managing Director of White Wolf Private Equity Management LLC. Richard joined White Wolf Capital in March 2018 as Vice President. Prior to joining White Wolf, Richard worked at Centerbridge Partners, a global private equity firm and distressed debt hedge fund. Prior to joining Centerbridge Partners, Rich worked at J.P. Morgan and Cerberus Capital Management. Richard has an MBA and BA from Adelphi University (New York). Richard plays a key role in managing the overall private equity team, assisting leadership in the allocation of capital and internal resources as well as overseeing the overall private equity portfolio.
