Overview

Body

Please join us for our Annual Deal Market Update which will address recent activity and trends in the lower middle market deal community.  While overall M&A activity continues to lag recent years, there remains unprecedented levels of dry powder in the private equity world in various forms.  In addition, new financing sources are emerging onto the scene and banks should begin to focus more on loan growth.  Both of these facts combined with what is expected to be downward pressure on interest rates and a soft landing on the U.S. economy should bode well for a recovering M&A Market.  The question remains “But When” given some headwinds still impacting the economy and valuations including the current election cycle, regulatory and trade issues, and numerous geopolitical concerns.  This is always a great way to kick off the year to network and hear from our expert panel- please bring your questions!!!
