Lidore DeRose is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in Sheppard Mullin's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice- 

Lidore's practice focuses on providing legal and strategic advice to clients on the effective use of representation and warranty insurance and other transaction risk insurance products. Her practice also includes the representation of private equity sponsors and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other complex transactions.  She represents clients in a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, technology, financial services, automotive, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
