John Hutchison

John Hutchison is a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division in Los Angeles, focused on mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) and capital raising in private and public technology, media & telecom (“TMT”) and consumer & retail (“C&R”) companies. John joined J.P. Morgan in 2012 and spent over six years in J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking group covering Software in San Francisco before moving to Los Angeles. John has executed and closed over an impressive number of M&A transactions and capital raises.
