Suzanne Brown leads NYSE Board Services that proactively addresses the need for inclusive leadership in boardrooms.  She works directly with company CEOs and Board of Directors to strengthen their governance, transparency, and diversity.  She recruits and maintains a network of 900+ diverse, CEO-vetted candidates and works to connect them with companies seeking new directors.  Since 2019 the Initiative has helped place nearly 50 candidates on corporate boards.

Suzanne is a Phi Beta Kappa and hold a B.A. in History from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
