How MiddleGround Capital's John Stewart went from the assembly line to PE founder
John Stewart told his story of personal and corporate development at ACG Kentucky's November speaker series webcast.
Once an hourly line worker at the Toyota assembly plant in Georgetown, Ky., Stewart progressed through a number of management positions and eventually co-founded the Lexington-based private equity firm MiddleGround Capital. Today, John is responsible for the firm's overall management and shares oversight of its investment team with Lauren Mulholland.
In the video, John discusses several aspects of his career, MiddleGround's investment philosophy, and the evolution of the "mobility industry," as he calls it.
