ACG Kentucky’s Deal of the Year highlights Middle Market corporate growth in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and the dealmakers and advisors involved in transformative M&A transactions.

Click this link to access an online form and to nominate your choice for the most outstanding deal that took place in Kentucky and Southern Indiana and  closed during calendar year 2024.  Tell us why this deal excels and why it should be recognized. The winning transaction, company and management team will be honored in the Spring at a special ACG Kentucky ceremony.

Submit your choices by March 15, 2025, and watch for the ceremony details to be announced.

Selection criteria details:

• Does the deal involve a Louisville-area principal office, headquarters or substantial operations located in the metro area?

• Did the transaction provide a successful exit for local founders or investors?

• Was local investment, finance and private equity involved?

• What were the metrics of the deal? How did it change the business landscape?  Deal size in dollars, number of employees, impact on the industry and marketplace?
