February's meeting: What to expect with the change in administrations

ACG Kentucky's next event this month will feature a panel of private equity, legal and accounting experts discussing their views on what to expect with the Biden Administration.

Jonathan Miller from Frost Brown Todd will discuss legal and regulatory implications.  He'll be joined by Chris Kramer (BKD CPAs and Advisors), who will focus on tax impacts.  David Allston from The Harbour Group will address impacts on deal activity and multiples, based on anticipated policy changes and potential private equity group strategies.
