Brian Johnson brings the inside scoop about this Louisville success story. Founded in 1999, MHS has grown to become  one of North America's leading material handling system integrators, providing the parcel industry with best-in-class  material handling sortation and distribution systems. Johnson recounts management’s experiences, its ESOP, financial structuring and ultimate sale to a partner PE firm.

 

Johnson joined MHS in 2012 as its first CFO and was recognized for his work as Business First CFO of the Year winner in 2015.
