Speakers
Jim Kramer (no, not Mad Money's Jim Cramer) presents a sobering look at the cyberthreats facing companies wishing to sell and private equity firms looking to buy.
How deep are the vulnerabilities? What are the chances that the bad guys can break in, extract data, hold it for ransom or blackmail, or worse?
Learn about the due diligence precautions needed to confront these lurking dangers that can affect the deal's valuation -- and even the deal itself.
The cyber crooks are getting smarter, and we need to be ready to protect our systems and our clients’ data. In its simplest form, a Cyber Threat is defined as “the possibility of a malicious attempt to damage or disrupt a computer network or system.” Our goal is to prevent those attempts from being successful.
Check-in and networking begin at 11:30 a.m., with Introductions and the program starting at noon.
