October 2016 Corporate Development Peer Group Meeting

 

We will review Merrill Corporation's “Mid-Year Review: M&A and Private Equity Trends/Outlook” report and presentation. At the end of August, Merrill hosted a panel discussion which covered findings of their report as well as the outlook for M&A. There are some interesting comments from panelists which we will pass along, as well as some interesting observations coming out of the survey. Phil Worden as well as Ted Sengpiel from Merrill Corporation, who has previously presented to the Peer Group, will lead the discussion.
