Jonathan is an Operating Partner of Genesis Park and served as President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Board Director of Genesis Park Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:GNPK), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) operated through Genesis Park. After almost a decade serving on active duty in the US Air Force, Jonathan has been a leader in the aviation, energy and infrastructure sectors for over 25 years as both a public company senior executive and investment and commercial banker.

Prior to joining Genesis Park, Jonathan was the CFO and later President and CEO at Bristow Group (NYSE:VTOL). Before joining Bristow Group, Jonathan was the Executive Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at NRG Energy (NYSE:NRG). Prior to joining NRG in 2008, Jonathan was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse (SIX:CSGN) in the Global Energy and Infrastructure Group. While on active duty in the US Air Force, Jonathan served in numerous assignments flying F-4 Phantom fighter aircraft until 1993, including the first combat missions during the first Gulf War.

​Jonathan currently sits on the Board of Directors at Texas Capital Bank (NASDAQ:TCBI) and Redwire Space (NYSE:RDW), where he also serves as Audit Committee Chair. Jonathan is on the Board of the Alley Theater and the Board of Advisors at the Georgetown Graduate Schools of Foreign Service Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Carin Barth is co-founder and President of LB Capital, Inc., a private equity firm established in 1988 that focuses its investments on the energy and financial services industries. She currently serves on the board of Enterprise Holdings LLC, the General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD), Black Stone Minerals, L.P. (NYSE: BSM), where she is lead director and chair of its Audit Committee, Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), where she serves as chair of its Audit Committee. She is also an Operating Partner to Mountain Capital Management, LLC. Additionally, Ms. Barth is a board member of The Welch Foundation, Memorial Hermann Foundation and HBI, respectively.

Ms. Barth previously was a Commissioner of the Texas Department of Public Safety from 2008-2014, on the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents from 1999-2005 and a Director for The Ronald McDonald House of Houston for over 20 years. She has had several decades of public company, private and non-profit board experience, including serving on BBVA USA Bancshares, Inc., Western Refining, Inc., Encore Bancshares, Inc., Amegy Bancorporation, Halcon Resources Corporation, Bill Barrett Corporation and Fulcrum BioEnergy, Inc. boards. She was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2004-2005. Ms. Barth also served on the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Housing Commission and the Urban Land Institute’s Terwilliger Center for Housing.

In recognition of her business and civic involvements, Ms. Barth has received the NACD Directorship 100 Award, the University of Alabama - Culverhouse Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award, an Honorary Doctorate Award from Texas Tech University, and the Distinguished Young Alumni Award from the Owen Graduate School of Management. Ms. Barth received a B.S. from the University of Alabama, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Alyssa is the Senior Vice President of Marketing with Capstreet’s Operating Executive Group. She works with the investment team and portfolio companies on brand and go-to-market strategies. Prior to joining Capstreet, she was the Vice President of Channel Marketing at Alert Logic, where she was responsible for driving channel pipeline, building innovative co-marketing campaigns with partners, and managing the company’s partner program. Previous roles include senior leadership positions in marketing and technical content at multiple private and public software companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University.

Alyssa is a member of the American Marketing Association. She served on the board of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) in multiple positions, including President, and is an STC Fellow. Additionally, she is an Advisor for the Texas A&M University-Texarkana Women’s Leadership Program.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University.

Michelle Lewis is an experienced public and private company Director and C-Suite Officer who has overseen numerous strategic transitions in the energy and industrial distribution and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Lewis is an expert in facilitating strategic inorganic and organic growth, including mergers and acquisitions, and end market and product diversification. She has also overseen pragmatic, cultural change related to these and other major transitions.

Ms. Lewis’ current boards include serving on the Board of Adentra (TSX: ADEN) since May 2017. Adentra is a world-class distributor of building products for the building envelope and interior environment. Through a network of eighty-six regional customer service distribution centers, Adentra provides solutions to customers through four channels to market: industrial, home center, ProDealer and architects and designers. Adentra operates under a series of flagship brands across North America including Rugby, Hardwoods, and Paxton. Ms. Lewis has served on the Audit Committee and now Chairs the Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committee where she has focused on Executive and Board succession planning, board governance, and accretive growth.

Since 2022, Ms. Lewis has also served on the Board of e2log, a Venture Capital backed software company developed to streamline the shipping of complex international cargo. e2log is a cloud-based logistics orchestration platform that provides door-to-door supply chain management, cost reduction, advanced analytics, and unified communications for all types of cargo, via all modes of transportation, anywhere on the planet.

Ms. Lewis also serves on the Advisory Board at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business John Brumley Texas Venture Labs, helping to empower promising industrial and renewable energy startups, foster entrepreneurship, and drive innovation in Texas. Additionally, Ms. Lewis is Co-Chair of the Women’s Corporate Director (WCD) Houston Chapter. WCD’s members serve on boards of publicly traded companies and large private and family-run businesses, globally.

Ms. Lewis is a former Private Equity Principal for an industrial manufacturing and distribution and software firm where she led the Origination practice for just under five years. She is also a former Chief Strategy Officer for DNOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW), a global stocking distributor, of energy and industrial solutions, products, and engineered and manufactured equipment packages, where she led Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. During her tenure at DNOW and, prior at, NOV (NYSE: NOV), she leveraged her strengths in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business development, negotiations, and strategy to lead or participate in closing over $7B of public and private transactions, including an IPO. Ms. Lewis distinguished herself during her tenure as a leader who willingly stepped up during a crisis to lead a team or bridge an unexpected gap. Through corporate development, Ms. Lewis also helped expand operations internationally into Eastern Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. Prior to her time in energy and industrial distribution, Ms. Lewis spent several years in various managerial and interim management roles in Consulting and Corporate Restructuring where she worked across multiple industries.

Ms. Lewis is a frequent guest speaker from panels to podcasts on topics ranging from the Start-Up Eco-System in Houston to The Importance of Diverse Thinking on Boards. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Art from The University of Texas and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Jesse Jones School of Business at Rice University.
