K. Colton Braud, III has served as a Managing Director since 2017 and in various roles since joining Main Street in 2012. Mr. Braud has been actively involved as a leader in the firm’s sourcing, due diligence efforts and execution activities, in addition to portfolio company oversight. Mr. Braud has primarily focused on investments in the industrial, manufacturing, transportation and healthcare sectors. He has also evaluated numerous opportunities across a diverse spectrum of other industries. Before joining Main Street, Mr. Braud spent two years as an Associate at Wellspring Capital Management, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm. While at Wellspring, Mr. Braud's responsibilities included evaluating leveraged buyout and add-on acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence across a wide array of industries and portfolio management. Mr. Braud began his career in investment banking as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in its Financial Sponsor Group. Mr. Braud graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration with special attainments in Commerce.

Grant Jungeblut assists in business development and management of deal flow. Before joining Rock Hill, he acted as operations and financial analyst at New Tech Global and marketing representative at Federated Mutual Insurance. He earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in agriculture leadership and development and earned his master's in business administration from Rice University.

Sanjiv Shah joined the energy services and equipment investment banking team at Simmons & Company International®, Energy Specialists of Piper Jaffray® in early 2008 and has worked on more than 50 successful M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets projects during that time. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Citigroup for four years in London and Zurich, in fixed income credit markets and the financial institutions group, respectively. In Zurich, Shah worked as a corporate banker covering the banking and insurance sectors and in London, he worked as a controller for the global loans and leveraged finance product groups. Shah has 13 years of investment banking experience. Shah is originally from Manchester, England, and graduated with bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from the University of Manchester. Shah is an active member of the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (“PESA”), among the largest trade associations for the energy services and equipment industry, serving on its emerging leaders committee from 2015 to 2017 and on the advisory board since 2017.

Tanner is a Managing Director and leads the Business Development team at Hastings. Prior to joining Hastings Equity Partners in 2008, Tanner worked for State Street Bank in an operational finance role. Tanner performed daily securities processing, which includes domestic and international equities, fixed income and financial reporting of activities directed by brokers and advisors. Tanner received a BA in Business Administration from St. Anselm College.
