From Basic Company Data to Complex Tax and Operations Analytics, Visualizations, and Optimization
Robert T. Brady, C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer, The Fuente Companies
Bob is currently the Chief Financial Officer for The Fuente Companies located in Tampa FL. Prior to joining The Fuente Companies in April 2014, I was an audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. I spent over 12 years in public accounting during which time I provided auditing services to a mix of public and private companies in various industries including aerospace & defense, technology, financial institutions, real estate, health care, and consumer business. I gained significant experience serving integrated audit engagements of public company registrants and private statutory reporting subsidiary audit engagements. I have performed Sarbanes-Oxley readiness projects and Sarbanes-Oxley attestation work for clients. I have planned, reviewed, and supervised various audit engagements and have in-depth SEC reporting knowledge and experience. During my time at Deloitte, I also spent 2+ years (9/09 - 11/11) in Deloitte’s National Office within the External Inspections group where I gained deep subject matter expertise in PCAOB matters, the application of PCAOB standards, and auditing in a regulatory environment. Additionally, this position in National Office provided me a unique perspective of the firm’s system of quality control, including how the firm is inspected, how the firm responds to inspection results, and how the firm implements processes and tools to remediate inspection findings.
