Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is a Managing Director at Embark., bringing together insights and experience from both mid-market and Fortune 500 clients. He is currently managing several clients, both PE owned/backed, as well as privately held. He brings significant performance improvement, integration and turnaround experience as well as finance and operational process overhaul experience to the Embark team.

Prior to Embark, Michael spent time at River on RTS where he worked as an interim VP of Operations for a distressed supplier in the Aerospace industry, an operational assessment and turnaround of a $100MM+ construction company, as well as the complete rebuild of the Americas finance organization of a $2B manufacturing and services client. He also brings the unique perspective of having owned and operated businesses in the automotive and real estate industries as well as Big 4 experience.

Michael lives in Pittsburgh, where he is the current Embark MD champion, providing guidance and assistance to potential Managing Directors across the firm.
