Ravi Juneja, Managing Partner – JMI.AI

Ravi has 25+ years of experience across asset management & trading, with a focus on investing across Credit, Fixed Income and derivative products within Hedge Fund and investment banking. Ravi ran sales/trading desk focusing on Structured credit and was instrumental in launching new products such as ABX tranches and CDX options for Cantor’s and CreditEx before joining Jean Martin as a managing partner. He launched the JMI.AI subsidiary for Jean Martin and has built a team of 150+ employees. Ravi earned Bachelor’s of Commerce from University of Toronto and and holds an undergrad in Math.

 

Jason Hess, Virtual Chief AI Officer, WhitegloveAI

Mr. Jason Hess serves as the Virtual Chief AI Officer at WhitegloveAI, where he leads the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. In this role, he ensures these solutions deliver maximum value to businesses while upholding the highest standards of security, innovation, and strategic impact. With over 25 years of experience in AI, IT, and cybersecurity, Jason has a proven track record of driving transformative initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies to achieve business success.


Most recently, as Innovation Training Lead at JP Morgan Chase, Jason designed and launched a groundbreaking prompt engineering training program that trained over 16,100 employees, increasing engagement with advanced AI tools by 250%. He also championed Python adoption initiatives, enabling the creation of hundreds of automated solutions that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. In his previous role as Principal Architect at JP Morgan Chase, Jason led cloud modernization efforts, developed multi-cloud strategies, and introduced innovative solutions to improve developer productivity.


Jason’s leadership extends to the public sector, where he spent over 20 years delivering strategic IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Notably, he directed cloud security programs and IT transformations for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, achieving substantial improvements in governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jason is a co-host of The AI Executive podcast, which provides daily insights and updates on the rapidly evolving AI landscape, helping executives stay informed. He also serves on the Advisory Board for NPower Texas, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing technical, cybersecurity, and cloud training to veterans and underserved young adults.

 

Renee Olvera, Professor of Professional Practice, Texas Christian University

Renee Olvera is a Professor of Professional Practice and the Director of the Master of Accounting and Master of Science in Business Analytics programs at Texas Christian University.  She specializes in topics such as audit and assurance, internal controls, risk assessment and applied technology.  Renee states that accounting is an amazing profession and young professionals with technology acumen have the potential to achieve greatness in their careers.   When not teaching or researching in the accounting space, Renee enjoys driving her three kids to all their activities, training her dog, and reading books.
