ACG DETROIT NOW ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR 10TH ANNUAL M&A ALL STAR AWARDS

DETROIT, Nov. 25, 2024—ACG Detroit, a nearly 400-member organization of middle-market M&A professionals, is now accepting nominations for the 10^th annual M&A All Star Awards. The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, January 17, 2025.

The M&A All Star Award program was established to recognize the accomplishments of leading dealmakers in Southeast Michigan and deserving deals completed in 2024. Nominees do not have to be ACG Detroit members to be considered. Factors considered most strongly in the judging process include impact on the local M&A community, complexity, degree of difficulty and success.

Nominations are now being accepted for the following awards:

Deal of the Year Over $50M in Revenue

Eligible nominations include a specific deal over $50 million in revenue, closed in 2024 where the buyer or seller had a presence in SE Michigan.

Deal of the Year Under $50M in Revenue

Eligible nominations include a specific deal under $50 million in revenue, closed in 2024 where the buyer or seller had a presence in SE Michigan.

Advisor of the Year

Eligible nominees must be based in SE Michigan and have significantly impacted M&A transactions.

Dealmaker of the Year

Eligible nominations are for a dealmaker, individual or firm, based in SE Michigan including either buyers or sellers. 

Investment Banker of the Year

Eligible nominees must be based in SE Michigan and have significantly impacted M&A transactions.

Rising Star

Eligible nominees must be 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2024, based in SE Michigan and have significantly contributed to M&A transactions.
