valuations of companies. During this roundtable discussion, speakers will share
their perspectives on the main methods of market valuation, their opinions of
which valuation method is most accurate, and how factors outside of financial
reports impact what a business is worth. The roundtable will finish their
discussion with an overview of the factors to valuations in recent deals and
their predictions of potential trends for certain industries in the year to
come.
