Mr. Daljit Doogal - Daljit S. Doogal is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Daljit focuses his practice in corporate, private equity, venture capital and restructuring law matters. He is a member of the firm's Transactions, Private Equity & Venture Capital and International Practices, and its Automotive and Manufacturing Industry Teams. Daljit is a former managing partner of Foley’s Detroit office and the former chair of the firm's national Business Law Department.

Andy Zaleski - Tax Office Managing Partner. Andy Zaleski has more than 25 years of public accounting experience, advising both public and private multinational companies. He has developed and led numerous federal tax planning initiatives, including ones involving tax accounting methods and periods, cost segregation, and the domestic production activity deduction. He serves on the Audit Committee of the Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation and a Board Advisor to Vista Maria. Mr. Zaleski is a graduate of Michigan State University and Walsh College.

Mr. Chandler has over 30 years of investment banking experience and completed more than 130 corporate finance transactions including the sale of closely held businesses, divestitures, and long term debt and equity capital formations. Mr. Chandler’s other activities include serving on the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth, and he is a past Board member of the Detroit Athletic Club. Mr. Chandler earned his bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College and received an MBA in Finance from Miami University on full academic scholarship.

Mr. Kothari draws on thirty years of experience as an investor, a financial advisor, and an entrepreneur. Mr. Kothari is the founder and Managing Director of Cascade Partners, an investment banking and private investment firm that assists companies with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate finance activities. In addition, Cascade Partners makes a variety of control and non-control investments in companies in the manufacturing, business service, technology and healthcare sectors. Mr. Kothari is a Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol, Auxiliary of the United States Air Force, for which has served for nearly 40 years. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan. Mr. Kothari, a Chartered Financial Analyst, earned both a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
