Join us for a fireside chat with Mike Cooper, Senior Partner at Shore Capital Partners, as he shares the strategy behind one of the largest veterinary private equity transactions in recent history.

Shore Capital built MVP and SVP through hundreds of acquisitions, culminating in a complex recapitalization in 2024 with a larger PE investor.

 This discussion will explore:
• Scaling through acquisitions – lessons from integrating and growing at scale
• Building a high-performing leadership team – identifying those who could scale and making tough decisions on those who couldn’t
• Pivotal moments – including the 2018 recap into a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
• What set MVP/SVP apart – a hands-on approach, human capital investment, and operational excellence
• The broader PE landscape in veterinary medicine – why others are struggling and key takeaways for investors and operators

Don’t miss this inside look at the complexities of scaling, leading, and exiting a high-growth PE-backed platform.
