Ryan Frazier leads the management consulting and ESG advisory firm, Frazier Global, and carry’s out private capital placement services. Frazier advises clients on financially material environmental, social, governance (ESG) and other business strategies and standards that drive access to markets, improve financial performance, deliver value creation, reduce cost of capital, and have positive impacts on communities. He and his team work with institutional investors, governments, and companies within tech, real estate, aviation, banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and energy.

Frazier holds the internationally acclaimed Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA), FINRA Series 7, SIE, and NASAA Series 63.

Frazier is also the business expert for NBC 9news Denver where he hosts ‘The Business Brief’ each week. He engages with small business owners, economists, finance, and business leaders from across the country.
