Joanne Bagniski

As the leader of the firm’s transaction advisory services (TAS) for the Rocky Mountain region, I have been involved in hundreds of transactions on both the buy and sell side for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and middle-market companies looking to strategically expand through acquisitions or sell their businesses.  Projects include quality of earnings, working capital targets and resolution, profitability analysis, and carve-out financial statements. For 25 years, I’ve has served clients in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, professional services, consumer products, technology, and retail.

What I enjoy most about my work is the fast-pace and variety of projects. Every deal is different, and my role is to help clients achieve their unique goals. I enjoy digging into the details and using her creativity to craft a story behind the numbers.

Joanne has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. She is also president of the Association of Corporate Growth – Denver Chapter.
