In 2011, famed venture capital investor Marc Andreesen sent a proverbial shot around the business world when he predicted that within ten years software startups would take over large facets of the traditional economy. Today, we know how eerily accurate his prediction came to be. As well-funded startups offer market efficient pricing, have capital to absorb minor missteps and hold the ability to challenge existing regulations, how does an established company compete and protect itself? In this program, you will learn how local middle market executives have refined their strategies and continue to implement and deploy unconventional tactics in an attempt to bulletproof their businesses from fully-funded and agile startups.
