Maddie is a Manager within Crowe’s Consulting practice helping serve the needs of financial services organizations nationwide. She specializes in assisting clients transform their business models and risk management practices, while harnessing the potential of AI. With over 7+ years of experience in the banking/fintech industry, Maddie brings a unique and holistic perspective on the ongoing AI revolution in the financial services landscape.  Maddie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and technology management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Maddie maintains a commitment to serving her community through philanthropy. She is on the Advisory Board for Marquette University’s commercial banking undergraduate program, serves as a tutor via Zoom for Tutoring Chicago, and serves as a Market Leader for the Kelley School of Business alumni in the Denver area to encourage networking and community building.
