Join us for our final CDO Roundtable of the year! As always, the goal of this series is to create a peer-to-peer exchange among a small group of Corporate Development Officers. You will share knowledge and ideas in an effort to learn from one another and deepen relationships within your community.

This month we will explore transactions and how tax can impact deal structure and outcome. This event is by invitation only.

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Happy hour and networking at a local restaurant

Ryan has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries including manufacturing, energy and natural resources, transportation, retail and technology.
