Now in its 17th year, this event allows private equity companies to connect with potential directors and operating executives for their current and future portfolio companies, as well as fostering a great atmosphere for the development and discussion of investment ideas and deals. Board members from public and private companies, be they small, mid or large cap firms, will be in the audience as will senior executives who are looking to move into the boardroom or discuss possible investment opportunities.

Christopher Cheang joined Post Capital in 2009 and leads the firm’s business development efforts, in addition to his involvement in deal execution, portfolio company management, fund administration and investor relations.  Christopher also serves as Post Capital's Chief Compliance Officer.  Prior to joining Post Capital, Christopher worked in Shanghai for Cabot China Limited, a joint venture of Cabot Corporation, a NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company. At Cabot China, Christopher served on the management team and had a wide range of responsibilities, including strategy, corporate planning, business development and financial analysis. Prior to joining Cabot China, Christopher was an investment banker with Adams Harkness, a middle-market investment bank in Boston. Christopher earned his BA from Middlebury College and his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Brad is responsible for originating and evaluating private equity and growth capital situations for Scott Capital. Brad has experience with industrial manufacturing and defense related companies, as well as several other industries. From 2007 to 2012, he was a member of the private equity group of Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC. Prior to joining Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC, he began his career as an accountant at Arthur Young, worked as an investment banker at McFarland Dewey & Co and L.F Rothschild, and served as a consultant to several major corporations and private equity firms. Brad received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.

Bob’s board experience spans more than a dozen public, PE-backed and private company boards. He has served as a board member, CEO, President or COO of companies ranging in size from $1.5B in revenue to startups and has sold several companies for 14X EBITDA. He has served as a board member, CEO or advisor for Clearview Capital portfolio companies and for many other private equity firms.

He is known for his strategic insight, leadership, and entrepreneurial ability to create value.

Bob is currently the Governance Committee Chair for Santa Energy and for NACD CT, serves as a board advisor for BlackOpsPartners (a global risk and cybersecurity firm), and as a founder of a stealth-mode Zero Trust cybersecurity authentication-as-a-service firm.

Bob’s expertise is in cybersecurity, govtech, fintech, HCM and other tech-enabled business services. He started his career at Intel, GE, Citigroup, and ADP developing and introducing new products and services.

He is accredited in Cybersecurity Governance from CERT at Carnegie Mellon, is a contributor to the NACD Private Company Governance report, and has spoken on cybersecurity at ACG, NACD, SBIA and other forums.

He has also served on not-for-profit boards including the Pennsylvania Ballet.

Bob is a graduate of Chicago Booth with an MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma in Finance and Marketing (top 10% of his class). He holds a BS in Computer Science magna cum laude from Union College.
