What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

I am a people person and a natural connector. Many of my friends describe me as a Swiss army knife and they come to me to solve problems or connect them with people or products to improve their lives and/or businesses.

What do you do to turn things around when you're having a bad day?

I take a deep breath and try to focus on all of the positives and then I make a list of what needs to be done to turn things around and I attack the challenges head-on.

What was your favorite band 10 years go?

My favorite band 10 years ago is still my favorite band — Led Zeppelin. We have a rule at our house, no one changes the station when Zeppelin is on.

What's the best meal you've ever had?

I had the good fortune of attending a James Beard dinner at a local restaurant in Akron called Piatto in 2003. It was amazing. Each course was better than the last!

What's one item you want to own that you don't?

A 2020 Dodge SRT Hellcat Challenger
