Women in Transactions

The Women in Transactions (WiT) networking group brings together female professionals from across the dealmaking spectrum — including private equity investors, strategic acquirers, lenders, investment bankers, consultants, attorneys, and accountants. WiT fosters meaningful connections, collaboration, and career development within ACG Cleveland and beyond.

Led by Laura Redinger, the group focuses on planning impactful events, driving member engagement, and amplifying its presence through social media. WiT has grown into a vital component of ACG Cleveland’s community, representing approximately 25% of the chapter’s total membership.

WiT Events

WiT hosts a variety of professional development, educational, charitable and social events that provide valuable resources and connections to other professional women. Previous events have included Golf Clinics, Skeet Shooting, Wine & Canvas, Glass Blowing, Spa Days, Dressing for Success, Theatre Nights and Women Leader Speeches. All events provide unique networking with a group of successful women professionals.

Who Can Attend?

The mission of the Women in Transactions is to bring innovative, educational content to advance careers and foster leadership. We welcome the support and participation of our male colleagues and counterparts. Our events are open to everyone of all genders and ages, but ACG members receive significant discounts on registration.

Join WiT

All women members of ACG Cleveland are considered Women in Transaction - there is no separate member fee to be a part of this network. Annual membership for ACG Cleveland is $475 / $425 for those under 35.
