Leading strategy and corporate development, Rebecca oversees both organic and inorganic growth initiatives as EVP, Strategy & Corporate Development for The Kenan Advantage Group, which is the leading bulk liquid trucking and logistics company in North America.  Since joining KAG in 2017, Rebecca has led the entire M&A process, sourcing, evaluating, executing and integrating acquisitions that have extended the company’s geographic presence and enhanced its service capabilities. During this time, Rebecca has overseen more than 20 transactions representing more than $400 million in transaction value.  In addition, Rebecca has assumed a leadership role in KAG’s strategic planning efforts, partnering with operational and functional leaders across the organization.  Rebecca initiated, developed and manages KAG’s annual Leadership Summit to drive collaboration and define strategic initiatives.  She also has developed and manages KAG’s Sustainability policy and reporting. 

Through 14 years of investment banking, Rebecca closed more than 35 sell-side M&A, divestiture, bankruptcy, restructuring and capital raising transactions, including cross border transactions, representing more than $1.8 billion of transaction value.  She began her career in the M&A Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets and then joined start-up investment bank Western Reserve Partners LLC in 2005, which ultimately was acquired by Citizens Bank in 2017.  At the culmination of her investment banking career, Rebecca served as the Head of Capital Raising, where she maintained relationships with more than 200 senior lenders and junior debt capital providers nationally to structure complex financings to meet clients’ growth and liquidity objectives.  She also oversaw the firm’s recruiting and training efforts, attracting and mentoring junior banker talent.

Played a variety of roles including Engineering Services, Sales & Sales Management, Product Line Management, Marketing, General Management and now Corporate Development. Currently leading a global business development team supporting a $2B USD business platform focused on the construction chemical industry. This teams activities includes pipeline development and management for M&A, Joint Development, Multinational Strategic Alliances and Technology Acquisition. Skilled in Relationship Development, Negotiation, Business Planning, Coaching, Sales, and Pricing Strategy.

John F. Kramer was elected vice president of corporate development in November 2007. Before joining RPM, he was senior corporate counsel with The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he was employed for more than 11 years and held a variety of legal positions. Prior, he was an associate with a Cleveland-based law firm.

John is a past member of the board of trustees of Concern for Children, Inc. and remains active with the non-profit organization. He is a vice president and member of the board of directors for the Greater Cleveland International Lawyers Association. John holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University and a J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He and his wife Ellen reside in Brecksville, Ohio, with their three children.
