ACG Charlotte is excited to a host a panel that will highlight private equity investing in the current environment, as well as cover various perspectives on founder-owned businesses and what to consider when evaluating a transaction. The panel will include Jake Sloane, who is a co-founder of Alliance Animal Health, Legacy Service Partners and Crete Mechanical Group (a current portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners). Jake is also a co-founder and Managing Partner of ZBS Partners, which seeks investment opportunities to scale businesses with long-term capital.

The Hotel offers valet parking for $20/car.
