Stephen Reid is President and CEO of Founders Advantage Capital Corp. – a public investment company (TSXV:FCF) that acquires majority equity positions in premium, founder-run, middle market, private companies across North America. To date, Founders Advantage Capital Corp. has raised >$100 million and completed four investments across Canada (Canada and US focus): Dominion Lending Centres, Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness, Impact Communications and Astley Gilbert. In addition, the company successfully completed a $100 million financing with Sagard Credit Partners, which is a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada. FAC is a unique brand of private equity in that it provides both passive and permanent capital to premium founders/entrepreneurs. Our model is tailored for the ‘not for sale’ premium, high FCF private company who want a partial liquidity event while being left alone to run his or her business.

Stephen is the President and CEO of Group West Corporation since 1996 which is a family office-styled investment company. Stephen is also a co-founder of Alaris Royalty Corp., where he was Senior Vice President of Business Development and focused on building relationships with all sources of investment leads
