SAN FRANCISCO and NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – 3BL Media, the digital corporate communications platform for sustainability and corporate responsibility content, announced today it has acquired TriplePundit, the leading online business publication for the triple bottom line.
TriplePundit will continue to operate independently, under the leadership of Founder and Publisher, Nick Aster, and Editor in Chief, Jen Boynton.

The acquisition, the seventh purchase by 3BL Media since 2011, will offer TriplePundit’s sponsors and clients the opportunity to showcase their CSR accomplishments and commitments through the 3BL Media content distribution network. 3BL Media clients will now be able to access custom branded content and editorial sponsorship on TriplePundit’s exclusive platform. They’ll also get a chance to lead dynamic Twitter Chats with stars from TriplePundit’s social media team including Marissa Rosen of Climate Social and 3BL’s Gabe Chesman. Additionally, TriplePundit’s editorial sponsors can now access 3BL Media’s analytics on the performance of the series they support, unparalleled distribution of their news releases, and dedicated staff to maximize their exposure.
