Member News: Gemini Welcomes Director of Business Development & Announces Two Promotions

Erin Reilly has been named Director of Business Development. Erin leads the firm's business development activities, focused on building relationships with advisors to smaller middle market companies. She joins Gemini from Putnam Investments. Erin received her B.A. in Business Economics and Political Science from Notre Dame.

Luke McLaughry has been promoted to Vice President. Luke joined Gemini in 2017 from Focus Acquisition Partners, where he advised middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions. Luke received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Chris Hughes has been promoted to Senior Associate. Chris joined Gemini in 2018 from Needham & Company, where he advised middle market companies on M&A and private placements. Chris received a B.S in Management from Boston College.
