In addition to his leadership at VIBCO, Karl serves as Treasurer of Commerce Rhode Island, playing a pivotal role in fostering economic growth and business development throughout the state. Karl Has worked for the last 4 governors of the state of Rhode Island . Karl is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, focusing on employee engagement and development, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. As a professor at the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business, he teaches Supply Chain Management and Lean Six Sigma, sharing his deep expertise with the next generation of business leaders. As a dedicated member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Karl is an active participant in the New England Chapter and a recognized global champion of manufacturing, regularly speaking at international events on innovation, operational efficiency, and leadership in the manufacturing industry. Beyond his corporate and educational endeavors, Karl is a well-known voice in Rhode Island, hosting a popular radio talk show on WPRO AM, where he discusses business trends, leadership, and community impact.
