Michael Rost

Mike worked at PNC Equity Partners before establishing PNC Riverarch Capital in 2011. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Mike received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina. Mike was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Environmental Express, North American Breaker Company, LawLogix, Precision Aviation Group and Steelite International. He is currently a director of Empire Group, Feeders Supply, Forta, Fresh Direct Produce, Pirtek Europe, and Safco Dental Supply.
