Meaghan Wells

Meaghan Wells is the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Planning and Strategy at Wheels Up, where she drives the company’s strategic vision, M&A, and fleet planning. With extensive experience in corporate strategy and financial planning, she oversees initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and innovation, supporting Wheels Up’s mission to redefine private aviation. Most notably before joining Wheels Up, Meaghan held a leadership role at Vista Global, where she focused on strategic finance and M&A to drive growth. She graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a BS in Accounting.
