Leann Collins

Leann Collins leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions tax services practice for the Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida markets. Leann focuses on advising corporate and private equity investors with respect to tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.  Leann’s transaction tax experience includes buy- and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring assistance on buy- and sell-side transactions, and complex technical research and related opinions on a wide range of transactional matters. She has broad industry experience with a focus on business and professional services.
