Bo Hinton

Bo Hinton is a Managing Director with Coker Capital. Prior to Coker Capital, Mr. Hinton spent 10 years in principal investing and investment banking within the middle market segment of the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Hinton was with Carousel Capital Partners, a leading middle market private equity fund with approximately $800 million in capital under management. During his tenure at Carousel, Mr. Hinton evaluated healthcare companies for investment or acquisition by the firm and completed numerous transactions including mergers and acquisitions; debt, equity, and real estate financings; joint ventures; and debt restructuring. Prior to Carousel, Mr. Hinton worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Securities) where he executed mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private equity and debt financing for middle market healthcare companies and investor groups. Mr. Hinton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Modified from Dartmouth College where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team, including the 1996 undefeated Ivy League championship team.
