President

Ty Gilmore joined Tilray Brands as President of Tilray Beverages North America in December of 2022.

A seasoned executive and charismatic thought leader, Mr. Gilmore has over two decades of experience in the beverage industry. Following a successful career at Diageo, which included leading several different functional teams and a seven-year tenure as the head of national accounts, Mr. Gilmore served as Executive Vice President at Glazer’s Beer and Beverage, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Operations for 11 distributors in the southern United States. In 2019, he took the helm at Flying Embers, a Hard Kombucha and canned cocktail startup, as President.

In his role, Mr. Gilmore is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Tilray Brands’ North American beverages business, developing and implementing the national strategy for Tilray’s entire portfolio of 20 leading craft beverage brands, including SweetWater, Alpine, Green Flash, Liquid Love, Montauk Brewing Company, 10 Barrel, Blue Point, Breckenridge Brewery, Breckenridge Distillery, Hiball Energy, Herb & Bloom, Redhook, Runner’s High, Shock Top, Square Mile Cider, Widmer Brothers, and the newly acquired craft brands Atwater, Hop Valley, Revolver, and Terrapin Beer Co. 

In his free time, Mr. Gilmore enjoys spending time at his lake house, golfing with his sons, and traveling to watch his youngest play college baseball.

Senior Vice President - Georgia Market Executive Global Commercial Banking

Max Oligario is the Global Commercial Banking Market Executive for Georgia and has been with Bank of America since 2015.  The Georgia Global Commercial Banking team works with Middle Market corporations to deliver a wide range of custom solutions including credit, treasury, risk management, financial life benefits and investment banking services.  Prior to his role as Georgia Market Executive, Max was the National Client Acquisition Executive for Global Commercial Banking where he oversaw national initiatives and strategy around client acquisition.  Max began his banking career in 1998 and has extensive experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate lending and retail banking.

Within Bank of America, Max has been recognized as an APEX award winner, the highest honor for Global Commercial Banking and is a former member of the Global Commercial Banking Diversity & Inclusion Council.  He is also served as Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Tampa Bay Black Business Initiative, and due to this work, the entire team are 2022 recipients of the Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Award. Max has served as Chair of the Tampa Bay Black Professional Group (BPG), which under his leadership was recognized for the first time in 2022 as a 5-Star Chapter, the highest honor for an internal BPG Chapter.

Max has a B.S Degree in Finance with a Minor in Communications from Florida State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.  He currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors for the Florida State University College of Business and is Past National Board Chairman of the Florida State University National Alumni Association Board of Directors as well as Past President of the Tampa Bay Seminole Club, a regional alumni club, which under his leadership was named Florida State University National Seminole Club of the Year in 2015.  For his service to his alma mater, Max was inducted into the Florida State Alumni Association’s Circle of Gold as well as a 2015 recipient of the Florida State Alumni Association’s Unconquered Spirit Society Award, a distinction given to the Alumni Association’s top volunteers.

Max is currently a member of the Junior Achievement of Georgia Board of Directors.  Max is a 2002 graduate of The Tampa Connection Leadership Program and Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class 38 and previously served on the West Central regional leadership committee for Leadership Florida.  He is Chapter Founder and Past President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Black MBA Association and formerly served on the board of trustees of Florida Tax Watch.

Max holds NASD Series 7, 24 and Series 63 licenses.  Max and his family reside in Atlanta, GA after relocating from Tampa, Florida in 2023, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and two kids (Max and Gabrielle) as well as watching college football and the English Premier League.
