Norman Radow

The RADCO Companies
CEO

Norman Radow’s vision when establishing The RADCO Companies in 1994 was borne out of a lifelong passion to combine his loves of real estate and people. RADCO’s first project was a redevelopment of a 53-story Atlanta hotel, office, and condominium tower in distress, which later became known as the Four Seasons Hotel. The turnaround of this trophy project put RADCO on the map and, 23 years and over 100 successful projects later, RADCO remains a resilient, highly regarded, and adaptable leader in the real estate industry.

RADCO joined the “renting” nation and began buying and renovating Class B multifamily communities. Today, RADCO owns approximately 18,500 apartment units in 13 cities across 8 states and has approximately 550 employees. In 2017, RADCO was named the fastest growing private company in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the fastest growing mid-market company in the state of Georgia by the Association for Corporate Growth, and the 875th fastest growing company in the nation by Inc. 5000. RADCO is the second largest apartment owner in Atlanta and one of the leading private capital companies of its kind in the country.

Prior to founding The RADCO Companies, Norman was a seasoned real estate litigation, workout, and transactional lawyer. He also served as the long-term Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees and oversaw the dramatic expansion of the now 33,000-student university in metropolitan Atlanta. Awarded a Juris Doctor by New York Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1978, Norman is licensed to practice law in both New York and Georgia.
