Patti Boyle & Alicia Thrasher will help you "Discover Your “Superpowers" - What skills you have and most enjoy using. Learn how to apply your “Superpowers” by finding the intersection of passion, purpose, and your superpowers. They'll also talk about The User Manual - What it is and why it’s useful for executive leaders to write and share. You'll hear how to access your team’s “Superpowers” too and how to observe and discover the strengths of others. The Platinum Rule: Once you know what people are good at, you can treat them in a way that capitalizes on that. Assessing the collective makeup of your team’s superpowers: What does your team look like? Is an important strength missing? Encourage each other’s “Superpowers” Notice and advance our peer’s and friend’s “Superpowers” - Women Helping Women!

Alicia graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
