Richard Shields, CFO of Yeti Coolers
Mr. Shields has served as Chief Financial Officer of YETI Inc., since 2015. Prior to joining YETI, Mr. Shields served as Chief Financial Officer of Quiksilver, Inc., a global sportswear company, and as Chief Financial Officer of Oakley, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of performance eyewear, apparel, footwear and accessories. Mr. Shields has been CFO of four public companies, and holds a B.A. from Eastern Washington University, an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and is a certified public accountant. In addition he leads the audit committee as a Director of Dynamic Healthcare Systems. He is an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife Melinda have two children, both attending schools in Austin.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, Feb. 7th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on Feb. 7th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
