Art Markman is the Annabel Irion Worsham Centennial Professor of Psychology and Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin and Founding Director of the Program in the Human Dimensions of Organizations. Art has written over 150 scholarly papers on topics including reasoning, decision making, and motivation. He brings insights from cognitive science to a broader audience through his blogs at Psychology Today, FastCompany, and Inc as well as his radio show and podcast Two Guys on Your Head produced by KUT. Art has written several books including Smart Thinking, Smart Change, and Habits of Leadership. His most recent book is Brain Briefs and was written with his Two Guys on Your Head co-host Bob Duke.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, Nov. 8th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on Nov. 8th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
