Join us on Wednesday, May 14th for our monthly lunch in Austin. Our featured speaker will be Ed Latson, CEO at Opportunity Austin, and this event is sponsored by Calvetti Ferguson. Due to a request for more networking time, we’ll be starting this event @ 11:15AM at Westwood Country Club - 3808 W 35th Street, Austin, TX 78703. Networking will be from 11:15AM-12Noon, and the lunch program will be from 12Noon-1PM. You are welcome to stay and continue networking from 1PM-1:30PM.

Early Bird Reg. Rates available through Wednesday, May 7th: ACG Members @ $60./Non-Members @ $95. Late Registration Rates begin on Thursday, May 8th thru 5PM on Tuesday, May 13th (or until we sell out): ACG Members @ $70./Non-Members @ $105.

Location: Westwood Country Club, located @ 3808 West 35th Street, Austin, 78703. Free parking is limited, but available onsite & our lunch will be in Club’s building by the pool. We recommend arriving early for best parking availability.

Attire: Business or Business Casual. 

Dietary Restrictions - While some dietary restrictions are based on medical conditions, allergies, or religious convictions that must be strictly observed, others may be based on personal preferences. It's important to differentiate between the two to ensure we address everyone's needs appropriately. Please ensure any dietary requests that are submitted are based on restrictions and not preferences.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by Wednesday, May 7th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wed. May 7th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the respective event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Ed Latson is the CEO of Opportunity Austin, the economic development organization aimed at fostering job-creating investment in the five-county Central Texas region. Top priorities include boosting economic diversification to strengthen the economy, deepening the talent pool, and keeping the region attractive to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and the community through advocacy on issues ranging from regional transportation, housing, and water resources.

Before Opportunity Austin, Ed founded and served as the CEO of ARMA, a pioneering association championing the interests of manufacturers, particularly in the fields of semiconductors and advanced electronics.

Ed is a native Austinite and graduate of the University of Texas. He remains deeply committed to the community, serving on various boards and advisory groups including the United Way, Junior Achievement, the Capital Area Economic Development District, Austin Community College, Texas State Technical College, and Austin ISD.

The Business Journal named him as one of the "100 Texans to Watch.”
