2024 April 16th ACG ASA NextGen's Pickle Ball & Networking Event in ATX

Registration is now closed and this event is sold out! We had such a tremendous response to this event that we now won't have enough courts for additional registrants.

Everyone is welcome at ACG ASA NextGen's Pickleball & Networking event on Tuesday evening, April 16th from 6PM-8PM @ Austin Pickle Ranch - on the roof of the parking garage of Hartland Plaza (1717 West 6th Street, Austin). Big thanks to VeraBank for sponsoring this event!

Please register by close of business on Friday, April 12th so we will know how many courts to reserve - ACG members @ $20./non-members @ $30. All equipment will be provided as well as pizzas, beer, hard seltzers, & non-alcoholic beverages. Tim Klitch, owner of Austin Pickle Ranch, will be there to help teach people the rules and give pointers. FYI, the courts are not covered, so if it rains we may need to cancel/reschedule.

There are a limited number of free retail parking spots in the Hartland Plaza parking garage. There is also street parking within walking distance. If you park past the gate in the Hartland Plaza garage, Austin Pickle Ranch will validate for discounted parking but the cost is $5 for 2 hours plus $5/hour after that.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM on Friday, April 12th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Friday, April 12th unless the event is cancelled due to weather. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open spots at this event once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a spot readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
